What I take off your plate
Plain examples of work that stops needing you. If yours isn't on the list, it probably still qualifies — ask me and find out.
Following up with every lead — automatically, so none go cold
Answering the same customer questions — day and night
Intake forms and paperwork that fill themselves in
Reports that used to eat your Friday afternoon
Reminders that bring customers back before they drift away
Emails drafted and waiting — you just review and send
Documents double-checked before they go out the door
One place where every reply and every lead lands
A website assistant that answers visitors while you sleep
Your team trained to use AI without wasting money on it
The person behind it
The big companies have AI departments. Most small and mid-size businesses are still doing the same email by hand for the 400th time this month. I got into AI because of that gap — you don't need the big-firm setup. You need the right system, on the right problem, at a price that makes sense.
I'm a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and the mat teaches the same lesson business does: the bigger guy doesn't always win — the one who sees the opening does. Most owners I talk to don't need more AI. They need clarity: what's worth building, what to skip, and what it costs. That's what I give you. Then you go back to running your business while I handle the rest.

The clarity expert
Most owners don't need more AI. They need to know what's worth building, what to skip, and what it costs. That's what I'm known for — and it's free. The build comes after, in one of four shapes:
Where to start, what to skip, and what it will cost. I map how work moves through your business, find the bottleneck, and hand you a written plan you can act on Monday. No 60-slide deck. No Big Four invoice.
Most AI tools tell you the answer. An AI agent does the work. I build them custom for your business — trained on your data, living in your accounts. No subscription to me, ever. You own the code, the prompts, and the workflow.
The same five steps your team repeats fifty times a week — intake, follow-up, reporting, reminders. I find the parts that don't need a human and replace them with a system that runs while you sleep.
I sit with you and your team and show you how to use AI in the work you already do — which tools fit, when, and how to spot when AI is the wrong answer. You leave knowing how to use it without wasting money on it.
How it works
A free 30-minute call. You describe the parts of your week that take too long — I ask the questions that surface what AI can actually fix. No pitch, no slides.
Three specific build ideas ranked for your business, an honest note on what is not worth doing, and a clear price for each. The plan is yours either way — build with me or take it and run.
Half upfront, half when it's finished and you approve. The system lives in your accounts, documented, with no lock-in and no monthly fee to me. You own everything.
Portfolio
Built for clients and for my own business. Different industries, same idea every time: find the slowest part of the week, then build something that does it for you.
An investor gets a flyer for a property and has to decide: is this deal worth chasing? This tool reads the flyer and the financials, checks whether the numbers actually add up, and writes a full report the investor can hand to their partners. It's honest about what it knows — every number is marked as confirmed, assumed, or missing.
When a broker sells a building, they turn a messy pile of paperwork — rent records, tax documents, half-finished notes — into the polished sales package buyers expect. This tool does that in one pass. The math is double-checked, every number says where it came from, and risky wording gets flagged before anything goes out.
This firm's experts get hired for legal cases, but finding those cases meant waiting for the phone to ring. I built them a complete system: a list of the right people to reach, emails that go out on their own, a new website with an assistant that answers visitors' questions, and one place where every reply lands. Launched July 2026. They own all of it.
The owner had big plans for her studio, but they all lived in her head — and every follow-up was done by hand. I built the plan into the software she already uses: new families get a welcome, members get reminders, people who drift away get a friendly nudge to come back. It runs while she runs the studio. Her words are below.
The chat and video assistant on this site is something I made, not something I bought. It knows my services, answers questions at any hour, and stays on script. I can build one just like it for your business — trained on what you sell, talking to your visitors while you sleep.
Insurance, law, sales, real estate, retail — the approach is the same every time. You and I pick the slowest part of your week, and I build the thing that handles it. It lives in your accounts and it's yours to keep.

Real results
12 companies across 6 industries. Most prefer to stay anonymous — so the numbers speak for them. One went on the record.
Their private party requests used to sit in an inbox. I built the booking flow with automated follow-up and deposit confirmations. Six paid event deposits came through in the first 30 days it ran, and the follow-up emails hit an 83% open rate.
Their acquisitions team spent 14+ hours writing each deal memo. I built one trained on their portfolio — same quality memo, done in under 90 minutes, with the math double-checked.
They were paying for two software tools and a part-time helper to handle leads. I built one system that does all of it. Same number of qualified meetings — and they own it.
Logic Talk AI helped organize everything I had in my head and put it into a clear system.
They don't hand you a generic template. They listen to your needs, understand your goals, and build a system tailored specifically to you.
