01Who we are & scope

Logic Talk AI LLC ("Logic Talk AI," "we," "us," "our") is a Florida limited liability company operating logictalk.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website, request the AI Opportunity Audit, engage us for consulting or builds, license our CRE product, or join the AI Leverage Accelerator community.

It applies to data we control. It does not apply to data you submit directly to third parties (e.g., Skool, Calendly, Google) — their privacy policies govern those interactions.

02Information we collect

A. Information you give us

  • Identifiers — name, business email, company name, role, and (optionally) phone number, submitted via contact forms, the audit intake form, or email.
  • Engagement context — workflow descriptions, tools you use, business problems, sample documents, screenshots, and other materials you share during the AI Opportunity Audit or a paid engagement.
  • Account & payment data — billing contact, invoice details. Card numbers are processed by our payment processors (Stripe and/or wire transfer through our bank); we never store full card data.
  • Communications — emails, call recordings (only when both parties consent), Slack/Loom messages, and notes from working sessions.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage — IP address, browser, OS, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration, approximate location (country / region from IP).
  • Cookies & similar — see Section 9.

C. Information from third parties

  • Calendly — when you book a call we receive the name, email, time-zone, and any answers to intake questions you provided to Calendly.
  • Skool — if you join the AI Leverage Accelerator, Skool provides us your Skool profile name and email so we can grant access; the membership itself runs on Skool's platform under their terms.
  • Public sources — LinkedIn or company websites, used only to prepare for a scheduled call.

03How we use it

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and run the AI Opportunity Audit.
  • Deliver paid engagements (custom builds, the CRE Package, Black Box retainers) and the products you license.
  • Send transactional messages tied to active work (kickoff, deliverables, invoices, status updates).
  • Improve the website and our service offerings using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
  • Send occasional follow-up emails to past leads where there is a legitimate interest. You can opt out of any non-transactional message at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run retargeting or behavioral ad pixels.

04Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following bases:

  • Contract — to perform an engagement you have signed up for, or to take steps at your request before entering one (e.g., the audit).
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, follow up with prospective clients, and pursue claims.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and any optional marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to keep tax records, respond to lawful requests, and comply with applicable law.

05When we share data

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers processing data on our behalf under contract (see Section 6).
  • Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, insurers — under confidentiality.
  • Successors — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
  • Legal requirements — to comply with subpoena, court order, regulator request, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • With your consent — for anything else.

06Subprocessors we rely on

We use the following third parties to operate the business. Each handles a specific data category and is bound by their own privacy commitments.

07Retention

  • Lead and inquiry data — 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Active engagement records — for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and contractual records.
  • Client business data (CRMs, sample documents, source materials) — deleted within 30 days of engagement close, unless you ask us to retain them or a longer term is set in your engagement agreement.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics defaults (14 months).
  • Backups — overwritten on a rolling 90-day schedule.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data, subject to legal retention rules.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or email us).
  • For California residents: opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do neither, but the right is yours regardless.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any right, email franco@logictalk.ai with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.

09Cookies & tracking

  • Strictly necessary — session and security cookies.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization, used to understand traffic in aggregate.
  • No advertising cookies. No retargeting. No third-party ad pixels.

You can disable cookies in your browser. If you do, parts of the site may not work as intended.

10Security

We protect data with industry-standard measures: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored client materials, role-based access, MFA on all administrative accounts, and the principle of least privilege when granting access. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators within the timeframes required by law.

11International data transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

12AI, training data & client confidentiality

Plain-English commitment: Your data is yours. We don't train models on it. We don't share it with other clients. When we use LLM APIs to build deliverables for you, we configure them with no-training and zero-retention settings wherever the provider supports it.
  • We do not use your business data, documents, or workflow descriptions to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any general-purpose model.
  • When a deliverable we build for you connects to an LLM API (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.), the API is configured under that provider's enterprise / no-training terms wherever available.
  • Custom agents and automations we build run on infrastructure you control or that is provisioned for you. Other clients have no access.
  • Aggregated, fully de-identified observations (e.g., "75% of our clients use HubSpot") may be used in marketing.

13Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or applicable law evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via the website and, where appropriate, by email to active clients. Continued use of the site or services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
