Your report format, set up once.

The headings, layout and styling you already use, built into a clean starting file. You write the report. The format is ready when you are.

Everything documented, in your accounts.

The tools run in accounts you own, with written instructions for each one. Each month I add one improvement, picked by you from a list you approve.

Nothing goes out under your name that you didn’t check.

  1. The tools never write your opinions or your reports.
  2. Phase 1, the first setup, uses no case files and no health records.
  3. You approve every change.
  4. Everything runs in your own accounts.

How the free Practice Time Diagnosis works

  1. A 30 minute call

We talk through your last matter, from counsel’s first call to your final invoice, and where the unbilled time went.

  2. A written map within 48 hours

Where your hours go, the first 3 tasks AI can take, and what stays yours. Plus your CV, refreshed from your public CV and marked as a draft for your review.

About Franco

I’m Franco Celeste, founder of Logic Talk AI, a Florida company. I set up AI tools for small practices, document them, show the people who use them how they work, and keep them running as the tools change. I work remotely, with practices anywhere in the US.

What I do

  • Set up the tools in accounts you own
  • Write down how each one works
  • Record a walkthrough so you can use them on your own
  • Keep them running and add one improvement a month that you approve

What I don’t do

  • Write or edit your opinions or your reports
  • Give legal advice
  • Load health records, in any phase

Questions experts ask

Do I have to put case files into AI?

No. Phase 1 uses no case files and no health records. It works on your CV, your testimony list, your engagement paperwork and your report format. Health records are never loaded, in any phase. Anything beyond Phase 1 is agreed in writing first, and nothing runs without your approval.

Could this hurt me on cross examination?

The tools never write your opinions or your reports. They handle admin that you review and approve. Whether you disclose AI use, and how, is your decision, made with retaining counsel. Before you sign anything, you get a one page AI Use Acknowledgment that spells out what the tools do and never do, so counsel or your carrier can read it first. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

I’m not technical, and I have no time for this.

You don’t do the setup. I build it around how you already work, show you on your own CV and templates, and keep it running. Your part is one call and approving changes.

I already use ChatGPT. Why would I need you?

Keep using what works. What I add is setup on your real paperwork, written rules for what the tools may and may not touch, and someone who keeps it all current as the tools change.

What does it cost?

It is priced to your practice on the call, once the map shows what is worth doing. The Diagnosis is free, and there is nothing to buy on it. If you later add the monthly support, it starts only after you approve the first setup.

What if the setup runs late?

Your first tool is live by the date in your plan, or your first month is free. The terms are written into the agreement before you sign.

What if I decide not to go ahead?

You keep the written map and the refreshed CV. Nothing to buy, nothing to cancel.

Start with a map of where your hours go.

A free 30 minute call. Within 48 hours, a written map and your CV refreshed as a draft for your review. Yours to keep either way.
